How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Due to the nature of our custom made products, orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivery can take anywhere from 5-14 business days for standard shipping.
How can i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to track the status of your delivery.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

What happens if i am not home when my order arrives?
If you are not home when your order arrives, the delivery carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or pick up your package from a local facility. Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier.
Do you offer same day or express delivery?
At this time, we do not offer same-day or express delivery. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, however due to our orders being printed on demand we are currently unable to offer this service.
If you have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible at wetried.shop@gmail.com to cancel your order. If we can cancel your prior to printing being started then we can offer you a full refund.
Unfortunately if printing has already started then we cannot offer a refund and our returns policy will be applied.
What is your return policy?
All of our orders are custom made and printed on demand so unfortunately we are currently unable to accept returns unless you have received a damaged or incorrect item.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately items cannot be exchanged for a different size or because you have changed your mind, as all of our products are custom printed. Please ensure you check the sizing guide prior to ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wetried.shop@gmail.com . Ensure your email contains your order number, delivery address and photos of the damaged item so that we can try to get this rectified quickly and efficiently. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unauthorised returns:
Any item returned prior to contacting us, or if your parcel is returned to us by the courier you will be responsible for any additional postage fees for the items to be reshipped. All returned items must have a returns number prior to sending.
